Natalie discovered Ayurveda in Nepal during a yoga teacher training in 2013. Drawn to its holistic wisdom, she completed a three-year program at The Ayurvedic Institute under Dr. Vasant Lad in New Mexico, followed by advanced Panchakarma training at his ashram in Pune, India.
Since then, she has offered Ayurvedic consultations, traditional therapies, and personalized cleanses in California and New Mexico. Natalie creatively crafts individualized herbal formulas and Ayurvedic protocols that are simple, inspiring, and easy to integrate into daily life.
Rooted in her own healing journey and enriched by multiple extended periods of study and practice in India and Nepal, Natalie offers a supportive space where clients can find balance, vitality and ease in body and mind, while experiencing the restorative power of Ayurveda.

My Approach
Rooted in simplicity, compassion, curiosity, and self-empowerment, I aim to support each individual in cultivating awareness and attunement with their body, mind, and the natural rhythms of life.
I integrate Buddhist principles, yogic practice, creative expression, and my lived experiences of Ayurveda in India and Nepal. I encourage each person to listen and honor their own inner guidance, recognizing that balance and lasting change emerge through mindful awareness, patience, and compassionate self-reflection.
With a focus on supporting the nervous system in all treatments, I help facilitate the release of tension, the awakening of joy, and reconnection to the natural abundance of love and vitality within. In consultations, I offer personalized protocols — including custom herbal formulations, diet and lifestyle guidance, alongside practical tools and educational resources — with the intention of nurturing sustainable, lasting change.
Through Ayurveda, my hope is to support each individual in reclaiming a sense of sovereignty and experiencing a life of vitality, peace, inspiration and an effortless flow of well-being.
