Follow-ups allow for continued guidance, adjustments to your herbal formulas, lifestyle and diet recommendations, and ongoing support as you integrate Ayurvedic practices into your life. Each session is personalized to ensure your continued progress and well-being.

Abhyanga- Warm Herbal Oil Massage
Abhyanga Oil Massage — 75 min | $150

A traditional full-body Ayurvedic oil massage using warm herbal oils, aromatherapy, and techniques including Nasya (nose oil) and Karnapurna (ear oil). Abhyanga helps release tension, support gentle detoxification, and restore balance, promoting integration of body and mind while encouraging a sense of calm and ease.

Shirodhara — 75 min | $150
This Ayurvedic treatment begins with a head, neck, and shoulder massage using warm herbal oils, aromatherapy, and gentle polarity holds. A steady stream of warm oil is poured over the “third eye,” promoting deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a restful state. Shirodhara supports the nervous system and can help alleviate stress, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, and other Vata-related imbalances.

Marma Therapy — 75 min | $150
Marma Therapy is a deeply relaxing, meditative session designed to reduce stress and restore balance to the nervous system. The treatment combines gentle energy work on key Marma points, polarity holds, aromatherapy, tuning fork vibrational therapy, and gentle sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls to support energy flow and balance to support energy flow and balance. This session provides a restorative experience, helping the body and mind feel centered, calm, and balanced.

Nourishes the eyes, relieves strain, and promotes clarity.

Jatru Basti (Throat / Thyroid Therapy) —
Targets thyroid and neck health, relieves tension, and encourages balance​

Hrd Basti (Heart Therapy) —
Supports heart and lung wellness, calms the nervous system, and encourages balance.

Nabhi Basti (Navel Therapy) —
Supports digestion, abdominal health, and nervous system balance.

The herbal apothecary is guided by the teachings of Dr. Vasant Lad and rooted in the classical wisdom of Ayurveda. Remedies and custom herbal formulas are crafted with care using 50–100 organically sourced Ayurvedic herbs, thoroughly tested for purity and quality. Custom formulas can also be encapsulated for ease of use when desired.

Personally handcrafted aromatic spice blends, soothing teas, nourishing oils, tinctures, and herbal ghees are available. To support each protocol, the apothecary also offers classical compounds, herbal oils, and specialty products—ensuring each treatment plan is balanced and tailored to your unique path of healing.

I believe everyone deserves access to care. I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions each month for those who need them. If the standard rate feels out of reach, please reach out — I’d love to find something that feels sustainable for you.
​
To honor both your time and mine, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit holds your appointment and supports the energetic exchange that allows this work to unfold with full presence and care.
​
Because preparation and energy are devoted to each session in advance, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit. Reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a future session.
